Staff skills and treatment results are outstanding .. but I found annoying that right before the treatment I was challenged about the treatment price ( I prepaid through Treatwell). Well it is up to them to have organisation and consistency if they are selling their services to Treatwell.. nothing to do with me if their prices are “wrong” especially having prepaid.. part of my treatment goal is to relax .. and I could not fully this time.. Not the first time that has happened.. therefore feeling the need to give some feedback..

I get blow dries all the time- this one barely lasted an hour and was not up to starndard compared to other salons in Holland Park.. Would not go back.
