Wax was fine and waxer was lovely but upset to have been overcharged by £3, especially considering £15 for an underarm wax was already quite expensive compared to other venues in the area

Staff skills and treatment results are outstanding .. but I found annoying that right before the treatment I was challenged about the treatment price ( I prepaid through Treatwell). Well it is up to them to have organisation and consistency if they are selling their services to Treatwell.. nothing to do with me if their prices are “wrong” especially having prepaid.. part of my treatment goal is to relax .. and I could not fully this time.. Not the first time that has happened.. therefore feeling the need to give some feedback..
