I waited 20 minutes to be seen before asking if I should come back the following day. They mentioned it would suit them more which shocked me. I returned the following day only to be kept waiting for another 15 minutes. The wax was amazing but the time keeping and way they handled me as a customer wasn’t very satisfactory at all
