Booked my daughter in for a haircut. I couldn’t go with her, so she went with her dad. She had a clear idea of what she wanted and showed a picture. She was told by whoever was in charge that she would not be able to maintain it (huge assumption made) and she instructed the hairdresser on how to cut her hair. They basically hacked off about 5 inches from the bottom and left her with a blunt bob. She’s been in tears all weekend, she’s been growing her hair for layers and is now traumatised.
