I was very disappointed to turn up to my appointment for the Russian lashes (1 hr 30 min ) and Megan running 30 mins late. No apologies, no feeling bad. Megan did my lashes within just under an hour and they looked nice but not as full as Russian. I expressed my thoughts and heard: 'but they suit you'. I made a complaint and not even heard back. Trying to ring every day, the calls get cut off. Vefy poor customer service, no professionalism. Very disappointed :-(

Lovely salon. Staff were warm and friendly. Shelley made me feel compeltely at ease. I was impressed with her knowledge of curly hair, particularly afro hair and she cut my hair exactly as I requested. I will definitely be returning.
