Great service. The salon was super busy & Shelly was the only stylist working. Despite her being rushed off her feet, we were were well looked after. Shelly listened to what we wanted & she was brilliant with my 8 year old too. I think a junior to help with some of the less skilled jobs would be a huge help.

Haircut was fine.
Some minor things... Waited 40 minutes because salon weren't aware I'd booked. Wasn't asked how I wanted it styled before it was washed. Wasn't asked how I wanted it dried - I prefer it dried bouncy or curly and was straightened. But I do understand that it's a stressful time for hairdressers, and ultimately the haircut was fine.

Booked this appointment last minute before the lockdown and Shelly didn’t disappoint at all. Love my cut and the time taken to get the finish right. Not sure how long to leave before my next cut as would like to maintain the style? If Shelly could give an idea I’ll get booked in. Thanks again 😊
