Staff were lovely and the place was very clean. But when having my hair done, the wash was very quick and rushed, didn't feel relaxed and not rubbed into the hair like a head message like I've always had. When cutting we talked about before hand what I wanted but I've come away with not what I wanted. It's the same as I went in jsut trimmed the ends. I asked for layers which I don't have, and quite a bit of length cut off which hasn't been done. Would not recommend!!
