It was the first –and only- time I visited the salon. Scott was very welcoming and friendly. I explained what I wanted, and he seemed to understand it. We had a nice chat but the problem is I got a really bad haircut. He only asked at the end if I was happy with what he had done, and I was too shy to speak up. The blowdry also left my hair flat and the waves had disappeared by the time I got home. To be fair, things might have been better if I had spoken up. Not going back, unfortunately.

I went in not knowing what I wanted . Scott was welcoming, professional and made me feel very comfortable.
The space was very clean, he was very engaging and easy to talk to.
More importantly my hair looks, feels and smells amazing.
I would highly recommend and I’m looking forward to my next appointment.
