Booked in for a bouncy blow dry for my sister's wedding. I knew right away that I would leave with great hair as Scott really seemed to know his stuff and has years of experience. Fantastic blow dry, lovely curls and my normally fine hair looked amazing and full of body even the next day. A great salon!!

I had booked in for a "big bouncy blow dry" but the hairdresser's idea of this was to curl my hair around his fingers for a second or two?! This was despite there being straighteners sitting in front of me.
I asked if he could tighten up the curls as they were extremely limp and lifeless and I wasn't going out until 7pm. He told me 'my type of hair' can't have tight curls because it's too soft apparently. Total nonsense as I have had big bouncy blow dries before and also had my hair curled in extremely tight curls to allow them to fall out naturally during the night.
My hair was flat as a pancake by the time I drove the ten minutes back home and I had to curl it again myself. The whole night I felt self conscious as my hair was a total state. If I hadn't already paid online I would've refused to leave until my hair was the way I wanted it. Wish there was a 0 star option.

Scott is great with the haircut. I am very happy as I got what I had in mind which is not the norm in many other places!
