It was 1st time cut for 4.5 year old girl. Scott did not even introduce itself to little girl to make her less shy. Scott had looked like fresh cut on his hand which wasn't covered by plaster I could and my daughter could see. The protective sheet still had a visible hair on it which wasn't best
