Really lovely, I usually find it a bit awkward getting a haircut and find it difficult to talk to the hairdresser but Sonya was absolutely lovely and I was at ease the whole time. Really friendly vibe, great cut and lots of advice and recommendations on products to use without trying to sell me anything for their own profit. Very happy
