Staff were very friendly and welcoming. However eyelashes are slightly droopy on one eye, lead to irritation. Would have been nicer if it wasn’t in the corridor and done in a room (overbooking issue?). Make prices clearer. Allow card payment. Plastic smell wasn’t extremely pleasant.

Katie was lovely and made me feel so at ease, the treatment took less time than I expected and my eyelashes look fab! The price is just incredible I’ll be back for another full set

I went to Scratch for a lash lift. The staff for warm, friendly and professional, and the studio was comfortable and well-equipped. Would definitely recommend.
