Julia did my nails, while I booked & paid for shellac despite asking her many times, she didn’t put shellac but some other gel nail polish. The Gel colour chipping off completely from 2 fingers following day <24hrs.. while she told it wouldn’t until 2weeks. So whatever they use is not good quality and not shellac.
I will never recommend them, no value for money.

Arrived a little early for appointment, was asked to wait, stylist came asked what I would like and took me to wash my hair. From the minute I sat down, the stylist was talking to others around her, paid no attention to myself and was more interested in chit chat with her colleagues and a woman who popped in to say hello. Very unprofessional and salon not as clean as you’d expect! The 3 members of staff constantly spoke in a different language ... most uncomfortable hair experience I’ve had to date!!!! Paid £38 for restyle cut and blow dry - advertised as 45/1hr... I was in and out within 20mins! Felt it was rushed, no attention to detail considering I was the only customer in there! Would not go back

The haircut is well done but not what I wanted. Staff didn’t really listen or understand when I told her what I had in mind. It’s a good salon, but please make sure you communicate your plans better.
