Booked 16 pound hair cut and wash, ended up paying 6 pound more as they said they don't do the offer on Tuesdays but it is advertised on treatwell for 16...
Lady who cut my hair was rough, kept hitting my ears when brushing. Hair cut was unven i asked her to make it even she said she couldn't.... Terrible 🙄. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Very disappointed with the "treatment", AVOID them for any price! My hair are long so it is really the fringe where any change is noticeable. Juli managed to do uneven and 4 cm too short fringe having a clear picture for reference and when I flagged this to her, she became aggressive and started an argument. She refused to dry my wet hair, didn't finish the haircut and tried kicking me out of the salon in the freezing cold. The rest of her colleagues were in shock. This is such a bad experience
