Very rushed to be honest. i was taken strait to have my hair washed without anyone looking at how my hair looked beforehand, ok not exactly a crime, but I've always been welcomed and asked about my requirements before washing at every other place Ive been to. I was only after a length trim and tidy up of some long layers but was probably in the chair 10 minutes and this was very rushed through, and I have a few loose strands that show now Ive come home and looked over the cut properly (which Ive tidied myself). Appreciate this was a discounted price that was offered but felt like I was squeezed in between regulars and they just wanted me out quickly
Had a really lovely experience here. Staff were very friendly and my stylist managed to take my over died dark hair to a lovely golden highlighted colour! Will definitely be back again x
