I can't rate this service highly enough they have our business for life! My boyfriend went to his usual no appointment barber this morning but found 30 people waiting. I booked him in through TW instead at 8.45am. Got a call a few minutes later from salon as there was an error on the app and they couldn't fit us in having been booked up for weeks! I explained the situation and they bent over backwards to fit us in. My bf says the service was AMAZING clean and all COVID precautions taken 10/10
