I had a great first experience!!! The lady is lovely, we had a great chat and the waxing was done very thoroughly. Treatwell just didn't differentiate the prices between the hot wax for sensitive skin, but I was happy to pay the extra. The only slight issue for me was that the room was quite cold, especially when you're lying there for a while - but hopefully once renovations are fully completed this issue can be fixed. Thank you so much, I will be back!
