I have been overcharged after deciding to have facial waxing instead of threading. I have already paid via Treatwell but I was made to pay an unjustified additional amount. I have challenged this but was not understood. Additionally, I found the staff unprofessional due to having made comments about my skin type.

Welcoming and pleasant lady.
Didn’t cause any discomfort.
Only thing I didn’t like was being by the window with people passing by looking & people waiting on the sofa very close proximity, made me feel a bit uncomfortable watching- just pleased I was brave & didnt embarrass myself!
Won’t stop me returning though
