I had microneedling which wasn't painful (I thought it would be watching videos previously!) The treatment started with microdermabrasion, then needling then LED. The result is so good! My skin feels hydrated and I'm glowing still. There was a questionnaire before the appointment so that the correct products were chosen. I also learnt loads.
