First time ever waxing - the wax lady informed me of the whole process and gave a heads up if there were certain parts of the wax that might be more painful than other areas.

This is my 2nd Hollywood wax and it was a lot less painful. The room was nice and clean, the wax lady had put ambient music on to calm clients. Overall it was a quick service but the treatment was not rushed - high quality waxing 10/10.

All good. Therapist professional but could be friendliest, didn’t feel particularly valued as customer. But maybe she’s a bit shy at first or just wasn’t her day. Didn’t offer any after-treatment. Quite expensive for where the salon is located, also considering it is a home salon.
Would probably go back, though not 100% sure.
