Upon arrival to my appointment I was greeted by zoe in a very friendly and professional manner. Once shown into the treatment room I was offered refreshments, I was given a thorough consultation and talked through what to expect during my treatment. The treatment its self was amazing and was made to feel at ease with verbal prompt to the process. I can not recommend zoe enough. I will be a regular client for sure. Thank you zoe
