Quite a lot of upselling.

Stylist took time to talk through style and what would be most suited to my hair. Love the shape of the cut and blow dry
Very friendly staff, great stylist. Loved the treatment she used in my hair as it was very dry. Would be great if they opened a bit earlier to get an appt before work.
Was too quick, maybe as it was last appt of the day, style wasn’t completely what I was after.
