Dan, my hair stylist is amazing and I’ve walked out with a gorgeous haircut. But there were a few hiccups with the booking time. I’d booked and paid on Treatwell but the booking time was changed accidentally by the reception staff... but the team did their best to rectify the problem. My hair wash was a bit sub par with an initial dirty sink and a lot of whispering which made me feel like things weren’t really going to plan! But it was fine once Dan took over. Overall a good job in the end!
