Booked the appointment several weeks in advance and then got a call on the day that the hairdresser will not be able to perform my booking. I was then squeezed in for color only; the covering hairdresser was really lovely however it was obvious that she as well as everyone else was really stressed and some hairdressers didn’t even smiled. Plus there was a constant demand for the trainee from all hairdressers to wash clients hair which stressed her clearly. good balayage but stressful experience
