This was my first time visiting Searle & Sharpe, and I'm really impressed with the level of service I received! I was welcomed straight away and taken to a hairdressing chair (even though I was 20 minutes early), I was offered a cup of tea and given some magazine to browse whilst waiting. Marlena was very attentive and thorough, she cut my hair just how I wanted and was really friendly and chatty. Had a really good experience and will definitely be back :)
