Such a lovely experience, my hair was in need of a good cut as the front was breaking due to poor hair routine. Val made sure that she knew what I wanted, she talked me through the whole process before we started as she had to cut quite a lot of hair off. Val has such a great eye for detail and managed to make my big chop such a pleasant experience!The cut is really easy for me to manage at home and the products she used were exceptional,
