It was my first visit to this salon and I never really do anything major to my hair so doing a balayage was a big leap of faith for me. Valeria was so lovely and accommodating even after arriving quite late due to parking issues. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming I felt like I have known them for ages. It was easy to talk to Valeria and her colleague as well as all the clients that came in. How a salon should be really. Extremely skilled in what they do. So I will be returning.

Having inspected my haircut thoroughly i have realised what poor service i have been provided with. The undercut is not only asymmetrical but not cut evenly, with large chunks sticking out at the top. Communication barriers have clearly played a part and I will not be returning. I had also requested a side fringe and ended up with a "curtain" which I thought I could live with at first. Awful despite good first impressions.
