The balayage looks nice but wasn’t at all what I asked for. The bottom half of my hair is all one colour which I specifically said I didn’t want and my hair was cut a lot shorter than I had asked for

The salon staff were Icy. They first said it would be £15 extra , after I agreed, they then said they cannot do it even though I called them prior to check if they can do mixed race curly hair before booking .Experience felt racially related
