I got there for my appointment at 11 and she was midway through cutting someone else’s hair. This meant we didn’t start till after 11:20. I said to her that I would have appreciated some communication that she was running so late. She then had quite a go at me (!) and said I was being ‘very angry’ and again at the end said I was a ‘very angry person’. Annoying because she does eyebrows well but be prepared to be very late and possibly told off!
