I really wanted to like this salon as the ladies were lovely and I wanted to go local instead of a big chain however it just didn't meet my expectations. I will say that while I hate my haircut the stylist was amazing at the blow wave but anyway here were my negative points a) I didn't get the stylist I booked (not a big deal for me personally) b) staff didn't seem to know my appointment time or what I had booked and were about 20 mins late. c) I asked for a trim of about an inch off but ended up at least 3 inches shorter if not more. d) the salon is very hot and quite disorganized feeling. unfortunately I won't be going back- good news is I won't need to for a while as my hair needs to grow back!
