The enviroment was not perfect-three fans literally blowing my hair into my face, wide open door to the street right next to the manicure table and some friends of the staff who only spoke Spanish to the staff. However, the price was extremely good for the treatment that I got, the manicure incuded everything it should have and Ruth was very professional and skilled. I got a drink offered, too.
