I loved that the hairdresser actually listened to what I wanted. I just wanted a trim and the hairdresser didn’t cut off too much, which is a first! Also I wanted genuine opinions on other beauty treatments and she didn’t try to force the beauty treatment at the salon, which I really liked because it felt like a genuine professional opinion and not a sales attempt. Loved this place, the value is incredible and the service is extremely professional. Will definitely be returning

I had a great experience and I love my new haircut. I had a wash and cut and express dry. The hairdresser was very polite and professional, did not try to engage me in too much small talk, and checked at every stage that the haircut was what I had asked for. Her head massage during the wash was also very good. Great value for money.

My hairdresser made a lot of effort for my blow dry, she even styled it extra tight so that it would last the next day and have tips on what to do - I.e run fingers through and use a serum. Would go back, although the ambience isn’t great there, but service is more important
