I feel gutted leaving a bad review but I really don't feel happy with my haircut. I booked this spot based on the good reviews but left disappointed. I asked for some long layers and a little trim on my fringe but a lot of layers were added around my face. It looks very shaggy. The overall experience was ok but when the electric razor came out to thin my hair, my toes curled. I've never experienced this before. It's hard to say at the time cos u want to trust the process and the professional.
