Katy is an extremely skilled & talented hairdresser. It was my first time at the salon, yet I felt completely comfortable the entire time due to her clear knowledge & experience. My hair can be tricky, yet the balayage was exactly what I asked for. Her blow dry was also perfect! So glad I’ve found this hairdressers. I will definitely be a returning customer! My only comment is the water was boiling hot at one point! But this was adjusted.
