All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.My Blow dry looked gorgeous when it was finished, it did take a lot longer than advertised (1hr 15 - my hair is too my bust) however that was because the stylist really listened to me when I said my hair drops quite quickly so he took his time to try and make it hold and last for my entire evening.

The service is very nice, its a very personal treatment and the facilities are very comfortable (massage chair during hair wash, cappuccino served while haircut). Their products are really good, I liked the japanese hydration, my hair is much smoother now. The cut itself was well done (not by Sebastian, so, because he doesn't cut on the wahanda voucher), but I had shown a picture of my last haircut before and the result became quite different. I think there was a lack of communication somehow, so I would definitely give a second chance.

Had a lovely experience at Sebastien, highlights, cut and blow dry by Chris, who was very attentive to my fine hair. I will definitely go back at Wahanda prices, but would ask for a little more 'root lift' and I missed not having a head massage.
