Whilst I think the staff and the value for money were good, I'd say as far as spas are concerned this is a good option for something that is local and when you're in need of a quick fix. The ambiance is very nice but I feel like there's room for improvement: a bit of aromatherapy (make the rooms smell of lovely products), I had to wait a little while once undressed and ready for the massage... if it had been a more comfortable setting I probably wouldn't had minded too much!
Honestly, it's a nice place and the lady was extremely welcoming. However I would much prefer to spend a little bit more for a bit of luxury - but that's just me :)

The staff is wonderful and they are really understanding and patient when you're going through your waxing. This has become my go to spot. Loved the service!
