I was a bit dissappointed with this Environ facial which I have had before at other salons and thought I’d give Secret Oasis a try.
I felt it was a bit rushed, the staff weren’t genuine with the hospitality either.
Half way through it felt like the therapist was reading instructions on what to do.
She also didn’t put the band around hairline which meant the Environ
Mask got into my hair, she also never put eye cream on at the end - which every other therapist I have been to has done with this facial.
With any facial.
It was a vitamin enriched mask and my face actually felt more dehydrated afterwards.
Overall, not a pleasant experience and I won’t be going there again.

Awful! Had my lasses done here as my usual salon could not fit me in. The therapist that did them did not speak English so someone had to translate that I was after a light natural look like the ones I already had on. Instead really heavy lasses, glue really visible, uneven, looking odd in each eye and sore at times during the process of fitting them. On day 1 I had to removed some as they were going into my eyes and getting itchy. Today (Tuesday and 2 days later) a big clutch of 4 lashes to 1 of mine lashes came out into my hand. Really not happy and won’t use it again.
