I have been here before and love the hot stone massage however when I arrived for my treatment the stones weren't hot so the masseuse had to bring in her manager to see what was going on and took some time. It wasn't as relaxing as I had hoped it would be but would go back, good value.

I returned to Secret oasis spa after having a fantastic pedicure a couple of months ago.
The girl I wanted to request was off for my forthcoming appt so I booked with anyone.
I assumed everyone had a high level of customer service and quality work.
I went in an hour early than my appointment to see if I could bring my pedicure forward and see if there was a chance of getting a half leg wax too.
The girl (Margo) was a bit hesitant but then managed to fit me in. To me this assumed there was plenty of time for both.
The 1/2 leg wax was done in about 5/10mins and I currently have patches of hair on my legs that were missed.
Then the pedicure which I read was 50mins for a full classic pedi turned out to be done extremely quickly. I was in the spa for just over an hour for both treatments and I spent about 20mins of that with my nail polish drying.
The pedicure felt like a complete rush job and I had to ask twice for excess nail polish to be taken off the skin around my toes still to go home and remove more myself as well as shaping my nails because after asking in the chair it was done on a couple of nails and not fully cared for.
Whilst my nails were drying I watched a pedicure start next to me with another technician. She asked throughout the pedi about nail shape, do they look ok and just in general took her time. None of which happened during my two treatments.
I’m sorry to say I won’t be coming back to the spa after this experience.
