Beautician was unable to answer my questions about lash perming and was very clumsy when doing the treatment, she kept pulling my eyes open and it took her too long to do the initial set up part and the mould kept slipping off. She took an hour when it was only supposed to take 40 min. My lashes aren’t curly enough compared to other places I’ve been. The beautician was friendly but should ask clients fewer questions, it wasn’t very relaxing having to make small talk non stop for an hour. However, the venue was really nice and I would consider going back for a different treatment.
