It was my first time getting lash extensions done- so I wasn't quite sure what to expect! My therapist explained the process to me and helped my pick out the type of lashes and look I wanted to achieve before starting the process. Really enjoyable first experience, and the salon has a really nice, relaxed feeling to it.

Yvonne was great- I've been feeling much less back pain since the massage and she even gave me an exercise to do to help mitigate the pain. Would highly recommend.

This experience was not what I expected, I was in so much pain as Reshma was so rough when doing a Hollywood wax.
I couldn't keep still and she kept telling me not to move but I flinched so much because she was so rough and she came across as if she was in a rush so she didn't seem to care how I felt.
My last Hollywood was with Ruta and she was amazing and made me feel comfortable with hardly any pain.
Reshma on the other hand didn't make much conversation and was really rough with me and I felt really uncomfortable and I know better to book Ruta next time.
