Really disappointing experience. My appointment was originally at 11:30am, then moved to 12:30pm because the therapist was running late. I arrived at 12:30, only to wait until after 1pm, with the treatment finally starting around 1:10pm.I booked a full-body lymphatic drainage massage, but was then told this wasn’t possible within the hour and that only 1–2 areas could be treated. This was not made clear when booking online.
