Had a lovely removal and nails were very dry after so therapist put lots of oil on to help them repair. Always good care and removal is done in a great way to protect my nails.

I was having my eyebrows waxed. The therapist was completely awful. The wax was too hot and she applied it over too large an area near my eyelids. I was terrified about skin burns and was screaming as it was so hot. I was worried about serious permanent visible scarring from the hot wax. I had to use ice cubes in the shop for 30 mins and against home.
But there is still no apology from the owner and they charged for this awful treatment, only offering a free session I naturally don’t want.
