Extremely disappointing gel pedicure. The treatment itself is in the basement and the ambience is very dreary - there is also no phone signal down there and they don't share wifi access with customers, so there is absolutely nothing to do during the time. The worst part, though, is that the gel nail polish itself turned an entirely different colour (and blotchy and awful) after 2 days! Clearly poor quality products being used, and I sadly won't be returning.
