Good end result, prices are a bit steep for the experience and I only went here because of a Treatwell offer and all my usual spots were booked up otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. Ambience needs a lot of improvement, staff were nattering loudly to each other and swearing. The lady who did my nails was lovely but no small talk just 'what colour' that's all. At this price you would expect a bit of pampering but if you just need your nails done quick in central on a thurs/fri this place will definitely be free.
The staff were very helpful anf friendly. I was informed about the treatment and warnings in a very clear way. The staff at the reception was very helpful with all my questions and I booked another treatment for next week straight away.
Highly professional manicure, personally did not like the space though, it was cold and the opposite of cosy.
