The eyebrow wax was very good, finished off with threading that meant a good finish. But I wasn't asked what I wanted doing before the wax was started so I had concerns more would be removed than I'd wanted

The massage itself was great, I felt so relaxed after. Unfortunately a member of staff was working in the office nextdoor with their phone on loud, so I was disturbed a few times by their phone going off / loud conversations on their phone. Though I guess that's why a proper spa experience is more relaxing

it is always a pleasure to come here. I needed a boost as have a bad hip.Eva was very considerate asking if I was OK and needed to change seating position. The nails were absolutely lovely and cheered me up despite the pain. Wouldn't go anywhere else
