I really enjoyed this treatment. Tosh seemed like a very friendly and genuine person, and gave a great treatment for my back and shoulder problems. After 2 days it really has had a beneficial effect. This was a massage, but Tosh applied various techniques which I had not experienced before, but seemed to do the job, he was very precise and thorough. The only thing I would improve would be a bit more communication about what was coming next at times I was surprised, but pleasantly so. Thanks Tosh.

Extremely effective deep tissue massage, would recommend to anyone suffering with tight muscles. Tosh also goes above and beyond to help recommend stretches etc.
