Went to have biab removed to have a break before Christmas, it said online that it would be 15mins but, it took almost 45mins that made me late for my next appointment. The finish was really not very good, I had to try and sort myself as I did not have time to go back and get it sorted. Also I am sorry but please don't put me with Kozhin again if possible, thankyou.
