I love the set up of the salon, it was very cosy and the staff were lovely and welcoming. After awhile it was like chatting away with old friends. I was really happy with my treatments too, and I look forward to going back when I return to London.
Made to feel so welcome, everyone chatted and made it even more enjoyable! My nails look great, I will definitely be going back!!!
My high rating is simply based on Latonya, the person who actually worked on my nails and made my visit bearable (she's really lovely!). I was not offered any drinks upon arrival by the owner who was at the reception (although the client who arrived shortly after me was offered) but that was not a big deal. I would like to highly recommend that the owner changes the description of the 'OPI manicure & pedicure' to 'OPI shape & paint' as that's what customer will get. I was dissappointed to arrive for my treatment only to find out that it wasnt for a proper mani & pedi but just a shape and polish session. The description is misleading as customers may think that because the treatment was advertised as 'manicure & pedicure' that the treatment description was incomplete & rather confusing. Having worked in marketing & jabe my own business this can be deemed as FALSE advertising and can be reported. So to the owner, you have a nice cute space and for your sake, I suggest to revisit the descriptions and name of all your treatment so that they are not misleading. Thank you.
