Great atmosphere, complimentary hot drink and lovely people. Appointment postponed twice - 2nd time was only informed in the morning. Small patch of glitter was rubbed off by accident by my nail tech's pinky finger during the 1st layer, but it's not too obvious after applying the 2nd layer. They do offer 7 days of free repair but I'm not sure if this would fall under the scope and I didn't want to make a fuss! Otherwise really lovely experience and beautiful nail art and styles on offer.
