Honorine is great and attentive, so this rating is not a reflection of her but rather the salon itself. My mother and I arrived at the salon before our appointment at 3pm. It was raining and the salon had a sign saying it was closed for lunch break. However, two employees saw us standing in the rain and did not offer to let us in to wait. Overall, the pedicure was amazing but my manicure chipped two days later. A bit of a mixed experience!
