I unfortunately had a really bad experience with my manicurist. She gave me a really lumpy gel manicure and my nails look awful. She also refused to file my nails in my usual square shape, as she said it would look ugly. She then cut my nails short and rounded them which isn’t what I asked for. The other staff seemed super friendly though, their colour polish selection was really good, but I definitely won’t be returning.

Nancy is so clean, fast and talented! And most importantly nice :) I’ve found this place last year and have been coming back ever since. Best value for price in London

I didn't feel comfortable here - very lax attitude towards covid, and another patron refused to wear a mask. My finger also got cut during the manicure and has bled a bit for a few days.

Bad quality treatment. Manicure chipped after 2 days. Not a great environment. Felt like I was intruding on them and not welcomed at all. Started locking up for lunch before treatment was even complete.

I'm really happy with my nails, Marta did a wonderful job. She didn't rush and did exactly what I asked for, best manicure I've had in years! Will definitely go back.
