The appointment is booked at 17:25 but I was not attended until 17:43 and treatment ended in a rush. It was very unfair that my treatment was in rushed as a result of other customers showed up late. I am unfortunate that this happened twice at the same branch. The management needs to educate the therapist on how to handle such a situation. Overall, the therapist was very friendly.
