When you pay over £50 for nail treatment you dont expect to get an apprentice level service. This happened twice already at this salon. If you dont book an art level 2 or 3 which comes to more than £65!!! (including gel polish removal) you dont get to be seen by any of the more experienced employees. Also, out of respect for the customer you dont laugh out loud and talk non stop in a different language.
